My investment story with UK developer has making a long tail. We have paid 50% deposit by end of 2015. But developer hasn’t completed the unit on due date, but kept extending the due date. Finally, we found the development has sold the whole premises to another company. It looked like that our deposit would be forfeit and could not be chased. It was Daniel Stern who helps us to go for the property litigation and sue the solicitor for their mis-professional service that caused our loss. Though we have struggled for 3 years with all communications and litigation process, it is a miracle that today we finally collect our money back in account. Daniel really helped a lot in the issue. We are not familiar with UK Laws nor UK solicitor practice. With explanation and support from Daniel, we go through many difficulties. Without help from Daniel, we probably can get nothing. I trust Daniel is the most valuable and reliable solicitor in Slaterheelis. I highly recommend him!

Easy to make appointment with the solicitor who dealt with me. Car parking near to main entrance to building. Costs explained before any work starte on new Will. Quote was competitive. The wording in each section explained in seperate letter with draft Will. A time was given for the preparation of the Will. The Will was produced within the agreed time. Very good service with pleasant staff and modern offices.
