“We approached RBL after our previous solicitor refused to take on our case without providing any clear reason, which left us quite stressed and uncertain. RBL was recommended by a family member, and from day one, they were completely on top of everything. Their communication was smooth and professional throughout. They responded quickly to emails and always kept us updated without us having to chase. What we really appreciated was that they didn’t overcomplicate things or ask unnecessary questions everything was handled efficiently. They managed to get both exchange and completion done at the same time, which made the whole process seamless for us. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a proactive, reliable, and efficient solicitor.”

“Tom Bodkin and his colleagues provided fantastic support to resolve my dispute with the freehold owner of my flat.”

“I asked Gardner Leader to act for me in the purchase of a flat - I had some tight deadlines to meet and so requested they complete for me as soon as possible. Their service was excellent throughout the process and they completed for me ahead of schedule. Very impressive, and all this for the lowest cost of the various quotes I obtained beforehand. All of the GL staff I dealt with were excellent but Carole Robinson deserves particular praise for her diligence and meticulous attention to detail. Many thanks Carole. From this experience I would certainly be happy to recommend Gardner leader to anyone.”
