Best Title Issues Solicitors in Dunfermline

“I recently purchased a house and had an outstanding experience with W & AS Bruce. Omar and Denise were fantastic from start to finish, professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They handled every stage of the process promptly and kept us fully informed throughout, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. Even after we moved in, they went above and beyond to help resolve an unexpected issue with the property, achieving a great outcome for us. I couldn’t recommend W & AS Bruce highly enough.”

“We couldn't be happier with Kirsten's handling of our conveyancing. She was extremely thorough and kept us updated at every point. Kirsten also made enquiries about alterations to the property prior to the purchase going through and also robustly assisted with issues we had after the sale concluded. Throughout Kirsten was helpful, informative and available. We really appreciate her assistance and professionalism.”

“Lynsey Pender of MJ&M provided an excellent service, acting on a recent flat sale in Dunfermline. There was a Title inaccuracy that the purchaser wasn't willing to 'take a view' on. Lynsey promptly contacted the Keeper and had the Title quickly amended, causing minimal delay to the sale (now completed). I would have no hesitation in recommending Lynsey and MJ&M.”
