“Once we had decided to purchase our property, Henna noticed that it wasn’t registered with the Land Registry. The seller’s solicitor wanted to do it the old fashioned way with paper documents but Henna advised against this due to the potential fraudulent implications. Henna gave their solicitor some advice that they ignored. When they finally took her advice, some weeks later, the wait time reduced from 16 months to 10 days!
