Deathbed wills in England cover wills drafted by someone nearing death when time for formalities is limited. A solicitor helps ensure the will is valid, properly witnessed and complies with the Wills Act 1837 requirements, reducing the risk of a later challenge. They draft or revise the document, check testamentary capacity, and advise on revocation or alteration if a later will exists.
