From the moment Mr Turner took our case, we all felt confident that he would provide us with good service. This he did, right up to the case being closed. He always kept us fully informed of what was going on and how to proceed in the future. I actually met Mr Turner last year when I had to sign some documents, and we had a really good chat. A truly nice man.
