Top 10 of 3,713 law firms for Fixed Fee Probates, Wills, Trusts & Probate

We were dealing with my father's will. It was complex and took time to sort out, but the help was invaluable.

It was a really speedy process, we had to take out a grant of probate in order to acquire funds after the death of a family member. The service was very professional, the amount quoted was cheaper than other law firms and all around was made very easy to do due to flexibility of the firm and high quality service

I found Rebecca Minns to be very helpful and professional. She clearly explained various aspects of updating my will. Changes were made and a few weeks later I was able to go into the office to have the will signed and witnessed. I was very happy with the service I received.

Rita was very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to have contact with. She answered all my questions which was reassuring.

Hilary Coles from Maitland Walker Solicitors handled 2 inherited property sales for me. Both of which were complicated and drawn out. Hilary dealt with any and all issues in a professional manner, she always returned my calls, answered my emails, kept me updated throughout and made what could have been a very stressful time into an acceptable experience. I would thoroughly recommend Maitland Walker to anyone.
