Mutual Wills describe two people agreeing to leave their estates to each other or to designated beneficiaries, incorporating survivorship provisions and coordinated trusts where relevant. In Wales, a solicitor will draft reciprocal wills, align any trusts or executors, and ensure the agreement is legally enforceable after the first death, while explaining any limits on varying the arrangement and the tax implications for Welsh estates.

“We recently worked with Cherrie to re-write our Wills. The legal support and service from Cherrie and all the team at JPC Solicitors, in Caerphilly, was exemplary. We found Cherrie was incredibly approachable and patient with us when faced with making decisions etc. Communication channels were excellent and Cherrie would always reply to both out telephone calls and digital enquiries, quickly and diligently. We felt in safe hands with regard to her legal knowledge. We would not hesitate to recommend Cherrie as a Solicitor. We would definitely return to access her legal services. ”
