My solicitor was Donna Rose and I have to say she was really helpful. She took the time to explain things to me and always called me with any updates. I have used a different solicitor for my child's claim and I wish I knew Donna earlier as I would have used her to help me with his claim as well. Terrible service so far they don't email back when I have asked for a time scale. Haven't even received a settlement but yet they want a cut not really sure what for at this stage.

I used Slater & Gordon for a clinical negligence claim. A first class service from the very first telephone call through to the letter of completion, always kept up to date by emails and telephone calls and if I wasn't sure of anything it was explained to me in a way that I could understand. I can't recommend Slater & Gordon enough, and highly recommend them, with no hesitation I would use them again if I need solicitors again.

Alisha Puri is a disgraceful lawyer and human being. If you or anyone you care for is allocated to her please don't risk it, she will take months to do basics, forget what she's agreed to do, mess up and compromise your case, blame excessive work load and slater Gordon management for her mistakes and then try to send you her bill for hundreds of hours that she has spent not working on your case. Slater Gordon are regulated firm and if you have problems you should report them to SRA - Solicitors regulatory authority as they already have many open cases from vulnerable people who have been exploited by this firm.
