I worked on a case with Paul Tapner when my husband died in a RTA. He was so helpful and very professional I would recommend him to anyone. It not an easy subject to deal with but he did so in a very kind and sensitive way.

I received an email from Slater and Gordon saying that cheques were now being printed for mailing. This was on the 5th July, 2022. So far I have not yet received anything.

NOx claim - no reply and missing cheque

As part of the successful VW NOx emissions collective action, I received an email from Slater Gordon in May telling me that I would receive my compensation payment by the end of August, I have still not received my cheque, I have mailed and had no reply from both the main inbox and a paralegal who had previously confirmed that my previous address would be changed to my new address if required.

I have since emailed the paralegal I had previously been speaking to asking for an update as it had been (at that point) 12 days past the end of July but have had no response at all.

The lack of communication now the claim has been resolved is very disappointing, it is now 23 days since my cheque was due and I am at a total loss of where to go bar sending many more mails trying to get some answers which will obviously cause disruption for other clients needing responses for other queries

Highly doubt I'd use these solicitors again which is quite sad considering initial communications were great.

I will happily change my review if my concerns are answered in good time

I’ve been left infertile without a synthetic left at the least I was clearly neglected for years mr Timothy deeming didn’t want to go to court for me he didn’t fight for what was right for me he sent a few emails and I got £13,000 and he got £4000 for sending a few emails he suggested an offer of £10,000 to start with he didn’t want to fight for me now I’ve been left infertile depressed and I’ve now got serious mental health problems he was the worst solicitor I’ve ever ever come across I’ve now got Colin George davey a multi million air behind me to help get me Justice so where coming after slater and Gordon as well as Timothy deeming as an individual

Do not use this firm

We have risked the buying of a house because their team cannot manage their work load .. we cannot get hold of them when we are at risk of being fined for not completing on the date they set. There is no system in place to appropriately escalate matters and you are left hoping that you may end up with a house and calling them every day to try and move the process along. They take on too many clients and cannot provide any service often wasting weeks and months.
