Rachel introduced us to using the nil rate band to help beneficiaries avoid IHT impact. Rachel responded very quickly to emails. Think the digital vault process is wrong. Better if wills had been finalised, handed to vault & then passed to us to complete other information. Now have to get scans & lead ourselves. To be honest not clear how DG will access vault on our deaths! So perhaps a small guide would be useful going forward?
