I spoke with a very nice lady first who took details (I'm afraid I didn't catch her name). I then spoke with a solicitor called Michael Horne. Michael was patient and careful, asking questions as needed. He gave me some very clear advice that really helped, and was very kind, too. I will absolutely be coming back.
