This work covers creating a legally valid will in England that records a person’s wishes about who inherits their possessions, who will act as executor, and how guardianship for dependants is arranged. A solicitor drafts or reviews the will, ensures the formalities (such as proper execution and witnesses) are completed, and helps plan for tax and avoidance of disputes. They also advise on updating the will after life events and store or arrange secure storage of the original document.

“We were very impressed with the whole setup of Sweeney Miller and especially with Faraz who was friendly and professional also. The costs were discussed before the process started and didn't change throughout. The process of making the will was explained from the start and was straightforward. In the final meeting, Faraz explained the will point by point and we were in no doubt about matters.”
