I am so delighted with the way Hina Ditta prepared my will. I could tell from our first meeting that I was in ‘safe hands’. She listened so carefully and the succinct questions that she asked showed that. Hina is highly personable and guided me expertly through the pros and cons of the detail of my wishes for my Will. My draft Will came to me very shortly after our meeting and it had captured all that I wanted. Hina included a really helpful ‘compendium’ of explanations of some of the legal terms of my Will. I found that invaluable. She also offered further advice of certain inclusions that would help upon my death. My second meeting with Hina was equally welcoming and warm and really completely hassle free. The final Will contains all that I wanted. The fee for Will writing was what I had expected. No surprises and I would not hesitate to recommend Hina.

We had two meetings with Mr Alan Horne, the first to discuss and to instruct him on our wishes. He then explained throroughly the implications of our decisions. He then asked us to go away and discusss together what decision to make. The second meeting was to inform him of our decisions. He then recapped again what he had told us and after a short period of time (15 mins) he drew up the documents, we signed them and had them witnessed by another member of staff. It was a very easy exercise. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed and we would and have recommend the service to others.

Chris was extremely helpful throughout the process, clear and straightforward in his explanations and helped us think about a number of aspects that we hadn't previously considered.

The whole process was met in a timely and efficient manner and any questions I had were explained clearly and professionally.

Following the death of my husband, I was faced with the issues of dealing with transferring title of our jointly held French property (a very small house) into my name only and subsequently the sale of the house. I had no knowledge of the stages involved or how to approach them. These difficulties were compounded by a very unresponsive Notaire in France. Lea came to my rescue, explained the process and various stages involved and undertook the negotiations with the Notaire. It transpired to be a long process (although I now understand that it is inevitably much longer than in the UK) but Lea chased and followed up with the Notaire, resulting in a successful transfer of title and sale.
