My car was parked in my parking bay near the beginning of last year and a bin lorry hit the back of my car and it was technically wrote off . I contacted my insurence explaing what happend and they said to go down the rougt of winn solicitors as I would not have to do anything at all how wrong they was I had to do it all . I had to take pictures of my car and send to them so they can get there assessors to look at it because there to lazy to come out done all that and was waiting , while I was waiting they said did I need a car I said yes as ime going through cancer and I need a car for my different hospital appointments as I was going to 2 different hospitals and if I went through my insurence they would have gave me a car . The car came they was very rushed in trying to drop the car off and go I told them to wait as I want to go round it with them an check theres no damage all the while they was saying its fine again trying to be a bully I took the car and they said that after the assessor looked at the pictures of the car it was technically a wright off and suez admitted liability and they told me what money I would get and they said it would be sorted as ASAP. I was asked for links to my banks and any credit cards I had I said u can have the links to my 2 banks and nothing else they tried bullying me say by law I have to give it I told them no ive spoken to my solicitor and I dont have to give them any details of any cards which I told them that . Then one of them phoned me up and said they have all they want and I dont need to give them access to any card I have and thought that was it . Then someone else phoned me up a few weeks later saying I have to give them access to my cards I told them no as I spoke to one of your colleagues and he said we have enough and dont need anymore . They kept trying to ring me and email me constantly I ignored as now I was being harassed . In the end it stopped I recieved my pay out 6 months later and was waiting for them to take the car back it took them over another 2 months to pick the car up what an apsolute joke. I didnt here nothing from them for months after they picked up the car and I stared recieving emails saying I have to instigate them claiming the money back for the hire car and need to see my money in and out goings and savings I had at the time and to justify if I needed the car baring in mind I had the car over 3 months after recieving my pay out . They say that the car hire was over £47,675.00. And they cant understand why suez didnt want to pay greedy bullying people thats what they are just to let u know dont go anywhere near this company WINN solicitors are greedy harassing bully people who will cause u nothing but pain stay well clear of this company

Absolutely uselss. After accident with my Car 1 when night racer car smashed my Car 1 on huge speed and ran away, all they were asking for 30 mins if whether my Car 2 that is SORN / NoMOT and is falling apart could be used so they can save few quid and not provide me with replacement car while Car 1 in repair. Then they dumped me back to insurer. You've been warned.

Working with this company has been the worst experience of my life. No follow up calls, no empathy, no one listens in this company. They only read their own policies regardless of what the issue is. Working with this company will increase your blood pressure

The person, Bruce who I spoke with was very helpful, polite, and very clear in all the aspects of my claim. Even gave me time to sort and write things down. First class.

This company are a bunch of bullies. Liability Disputes: If the at-fault driver's insurance later disputes liability or refuses to pay the inflated credit hire rates, you may be held personally liable for the thousands of pounds in rental charges and they will bully you all the way claiming you will be liable to pay them thousands of pounds if you do not ho along with what they are asking. We were intimidated for over 2.5 years, had us in tears and were sick to the pits of our stomach because of these thieves! Do not ever get involved with them.
