Very disappointing. They have made major mistakes twice when dealing with family wills. I get that mistakes might be made, but the second was huge. The way the dealt with it was poor, communication is poor/rude. We were the ones being difficult after it took over 2 and an half years to sort & they got it wrong. Avoid, would be my advice.
What can we say other than a super service from Leah a credit to your practice and without doubt a rising superstar. Leah was personable, polite, professional and new her chosen area of practice, leah completed everything in such a short time scale kept us fully informed with a successful outcome.
