Deborah and her team at Washington Galleries worked extremely diligently and acted decisively to get the sale of our property over the line. There were a number of potential complications with the sale which McKenzie Bell's team managed to navigate in a calm and timely manner. Considering all of the extra work that needed to be done in terms of conveyancing to reach completion, once the house was sold, we were also very pleasantly surprised by the size of our bill when it arrived. We would like to thank Deborah and her team for all of their work and consideration throughout the whole process.

My sale was concluded in a smooth efficient manner. The solicitor was a pleasure to deal with.

Deborah Dixon and her team (Joyce, Isabella, Andrea and the rest of the admin team) were thoroughly professional and determined during the conveyancing of my property despite several setbacks including the first buyer pulling out after 5 months and delays with the second buyer. Despite this, they all went above and beyond to get this over the line. I was kept informed at every stage of the process and I would not hesitate in recommending this firm to anyone requiring any of their legal services. Thank you all once again for all of your hard work getting to completion.

We used Mckenzie Bell to purchase our house back in 2022, I can not fault their services one bit, someone always answered the phone and I was always given an answer on my questions or updates on the purchase. 2024: couple years in our house and after a re-mortgage I had to ask Mckenzie bell to get involved through no fault of their own, the new solicitors (I did not get to pick new solicitors) had messed up with our deeds to the house. MckenzieBell, even though no longer being their customer still helped with the case and I don't think this would have got resolved without them. A special shoutout to Julie, who is always helpful whether phone or email!

Wish I could review with no stars . Very unprofessional. Asked (and received a quote) for them to act regarding the sale of a leasehold flat. I telephoned on numerous occasions to instruct this firm however, despite being assured my call would be returned, no one got back to me . I understand every firm has a right to chose for whom they act however ignoring a potential customer is unprofessional in the least .

Phone up over 3 weeks ago to enquire about transfer of deeds. Even emailed relevant information & not a phone call, text or email. Terrible way to run a business. 😡 Ended up going to a different solicitor who is now doing additional work for us.

I used these solicitors to buy a property and sell my property. It started off OK until my solicitor left and then it all went wrong. I had a completion date and moved all my furniture into my new home only to find out the solicitors hadn't done anything with my mortgage application and the funds were not transferred. I had to live in a house that was not mine for nearly a month and all they did the whole time was complain about my mortgage company also when the actual completion date finally came there were further problems which nearly resulted in my buyer pulling out. It was a very stressful time for me and my family that I wouldnt want to repeat
