Having recently sold my late mother’s house using CTT law, I would like to highly recommend them for the excellent service I received. Emma Bolochowecki was my conveyancer and she was outstanding. Having bought and sold houses in the past, I can honestly say I have never experienced such customer care and efficiency. The sale was not always straightforward, mainly due to my lack of knowledge of the property, but she handled everything diligently and with expertise. Nothing was too much trouble and communications were superb, with constant updates and guidance. Emma was professional and competent throughout and seems to genuinely love her job. I highly recommend Emma at CTT law and would like to thank her for taking the stress out of what can often be a stressful experience.

Having just sold my Late Mother’s House & have to thank CTT Law & especially Charlie Foran for all the conveyancing work that she had to undertake as we had an extremely difficult buyer who wanted so much questions answered on the property as it’s quite an old house & the land has a lot of intrsquences that needed a lot of search. There were many title deed documents to go through with further research to come up with informed answers for the buyer. This demanded paitence, diligence, careful research & Charlied aced everything in a professional & meticulous manner. Paitence was the keyword here as the conveyancing was nearly 7 months long but she stuck to her guns & we came out successfully exchanging contracts & completed the sale. I had regular updates throughout & we got on well as a team as I had to provide a lot of details when I used to live at the property as a child. Charlie is a true professional & I would definitely recommend her at a heartbeat if you are looking for a quality conveyancer.

Michael Hughes at CTTLaw turned what could be a stressful experience into a simple matter. It's not his fault that the price is much higher than the use of a local solicitor (we were obliged by Countrywide Trust to use CTTLaw), but he did everything possible to make the process as clear, transparent and timely as possible, and was unfailingly polite and professional while at the same time coming across as a pleasant and emotionally intelligent human being. If you don't need to save every penny, I'd happily recommend CTTLaw; if you are obliged to use them, from my experience you can expect a very fine service. The only reason I can't recommend them to everyone is the high price.

Maria was incredibly proactive and professional throughout the process and I’m convinced without this commitment from her to meet deadlines imposed upon us, either (or both) transactions would not have been successful. Everything was managed efficiently by Yousaf Shah. He dealt with everything quickly and kept me informed throughout the process of the sale. He was always there at the end of the phone with any queries, and if not available, returned my calls promptly.
