The solicitor was extremely awkward and rude throughout the experience. When I politely asked if I could briefly review the paperwork he had prepared, he seemed visibly annoyed and made several snarky, condescending comments. He repeatedly mentioned, in a patronising manner, that we had 30 days to submit everything, which felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The whole experience was made far more uncomfortable than it needed to be. I would not recommend this firm and will not be using their services again.

I cannot recommend Afruj highly enough. From start to finish, he was absolutely outstanding. Afruj was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, always kept me informed and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel completely manageable. What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome. I always felt that he was completely on my side and that nothing was ever too much trouble.
