Recently used them for conveyencing as they were the most reasonably priced in Swansea (and what was quoted was what I paid, no hidden fees or surprises!) I've heard so many bad stories about conveyancing in general, but I'm pleased to say this wasn't my experience at all. Denise was very organised and always responded quickly to any queries I had. She was proactive and always kept me informed, which I really valued as a first time buyer. Would definitely use Graham Evans in future.

The solicitor was extremely awkward and rude throughout the experience. When I politely asked if I could briefly review the paperwork he had prepared, he seemed visibly annoyed and made several snarky, condescending comments. He repeatedly mentioned, in a patronising manner, that we had 30 days to submit everything, which felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The whole experience was made far more uncomfortable than it needed to be. I would not recommend this firm and will not be using their services again.
I recently reached out to Graham Evans & Partners regarding advice for my employment matter and they have been very helpful, prompt and professional in their responses. I specifically want to say a big thank you to Craig Jenkins who was very responsive and so helpful in my dealings with my internal matters in work, I cannot praise them enough for their service.
