Terrible. Enquired via their for legal aid to get me and my daughter back into our house due to leaving an abusive relationship. was called back straight away so went with them. 2 months later (while my life has been hell and getting worse) I call to chase things up yet again, and I'm asked for my NI number!! Alarm bells ring and on further digging and instructing another solicitor, I am lied to and told that the legal aid dept have no record of my application when they called them, it must have been a technical hitch. If you didn't have time to take my case you should have said so! 2 more months of hell for me and my daughter and now we have to start again from scratch! Do not use!
