Sharan was absolutely amazing with her service she was really friendly, caring and gentle, I found it really easy to approach her, also got a lot of advise from her if I didn’t know anything or struggled to understand anything, and she helped me all the way through, I wouldn’t of got were I am without her help and support, it was a private family law matter, and I was successful with getting my special guardianship order, I would definitely recommend sharan, I would also definitely come back here if I ever need support or help in the future with anything.

Jagdev Legal helped me in a family law children case when my wife stopped me seeing my 4-year-old son. It took me three years of fighting through the courts, but when I eventually came to see Balraj Jagdev he really gave me the time and turned the case in my favour. He is clearly an experienced family lawyer, and his private fees reflect this, but it was worth it in the end. I can honestly say Jagdev Legal are the experts in these matters. 10/10 for there honesty, communication and availability. 👍🏽

I used Jagdev Legal to defend me in a family law case. Firstly they convinced me that if I used them and paid them up front they would win my case and any further related charges would be dropped. I paid Balraj Jagdev a substantial fee to do this but he failed to even send my response to the court in time. When I asked him about this he assured me it wouldn’t matter and the courts wouldn’t make a fuss over an hour or two late, which they did. They didn’t turn up for court on the day and avoided my calls until eventually I was told to see how it goes. I ended up in court 4 more times but finally got a decent solicitor who won the case for me. I complained to Jagdev Legal which I was told to do by many people as they didn’t do the job I paid them for. Balraj avoided my calls and emails so I went there. He was noticeably nervous and caught in a lie and continued to lie to his father who he works for. Even his father asked if I had signed certain documents to which I replied NO. Balraj then went on to say he “thinks” that I have to which I asked for proof which they failed to show me. I received a response filled with lies stating they did their job and which I have proof and receipts they did not and they are refusing to give back my money. Two days after they responded to my complaint I received another letter stating all my documents are to be destroyed unless I pay more money. I would avoid these solicitors at all costs, they will take your money and run and lie about it.
