Fantastic company. Yusuf and his team were fast and efficient. I was meesed about by a firm called ONP solicitors for over 8 months. NPS got my remortgage sorted within a couple of weeks!!! I only had 2 months left before my already extended mortgage offer would've expired. I was genuinely stressed to the max before I was put into contact with this firm. Recently, we purchased a property via auction and were recommended to use NPS Law for the conveyancing process. This recommendation turned out to be an excellent one. We were faced with a tight deadline, having only twenty working days to complete the purchase, with the added complication of the Easter holiday falling within this period. The challenging time frame did not pose any issues for NPS Law. From the outset, their team was completely dedicated to our case. NPS Law did a good job representing as my solicitor during my mortgage process. Very poor service and Margaret is so unprofessional , the whole experience has been frustrating with poor communication lack of updates I was called so many times by estate agents that it is impossible to get to your solicitor as buyers solicitor said the same thing , apparently 6 months for a home completion is normal for them. I l would pay some more money next time for another solicitor but never go with them again.
Avoid for conveyancing if you can help it. We received extremely poor service which lead to delays with our move in. We were assigned a hapless case handler who we never even once spoke to, despite trying dozens of times, only ever getting through to outsourced ‘assistants’ who had no information or ability to ask anyone. After the literally 0 contact, multiple mistakes in the reports and suspicious signs of ChatGPT use across our inquiries reports, we had endured two months of delays before complaining up the chain, we finally got reassigned a case handler who had a name and phone number… Only to have now found it they never paid fees they charged us causing further chaos and trouble even post completion. Not what you need when buying.
Short notice given to NPS Law but they completed on time with little fuss, all went well

What to say dreadful experience , if you want to save for deposit go with them because most likely they will take months and months with zero communication, ignoring your calls and keeping you in the dark with no guidance to first time buyers and dragging completion date. I regret coming to this firm and traumatising me for my first house, I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews and going with someone else!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give -0 I would have, SAVE YOUR COIN PEOPLE and YOUR MENTAL HEALTH WITH ALL THE STRESS YOU GO THROUGH WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t know others solicitors but this was my experience with Margaret Dundas!
