    Update to existing will.

    Satnaam was friendly but vey efficient. She understood immediately the change that I wanted, and the reasons behind the change, and made an appointment for one week hence to sign off the change. She exuded professionalism. Unfortunately Satnaam was unwell and unable to keep this appointment, but Priya called me to explain and make another appointment for later in the week. That went ahead and it was all completed in less that two weeks. This was a far superior service to my previous experience of An sons (Lesley Taylor) making a change to my will.

    We had a great time dealing with Anson's and specifically William. The whole process was simple, fairly priced and probably the most efficient experience we've ever had with solicitors full stop! Communication was clear throughout and the whole process felt very collaborative, as though we all wanted to achieve the same goal of getting the house sale over the line, rather than endless rounds of chasing and waiting. I'd highly recommend both Anson's and William to anyone in or around Lichfield.
