All they want is legal aid, as soon as they get the file they will delay and not communicate and I wander why this is? They also delay transferring files over

Not competent, couldn't help me in court
This place is run by unprofessional Asians. Ihad very bad experience with them in the past and they don't give a thing about the outcome of your case or your situation. All they want is you paying them. As long as they get their money they are happy. And on solicitor review website they only have 4 reviews in total one of which is negative. I dealt with Lawtons solicitors previously and you can see the difference clearly and the type of legal experts you are dealing with. Lawtons solicitors operate outside of West Midlands area but have over 600 positive reviews. This "office" is a running joke. A circus.

Excellent Solicitor – My Case Was Dismissed Thanks to Mr Ali!
I want to sincerely thank Mr Ali for his outstanding support and professionalism during my court case. He listened carefully, believed in me, and represented me with confidence and respect. Thanks to his help, my case was dismissed and justice was done. He guided me through everything clearly, made me feel calm even when I was anxious, and truly cared about my situation. I highly recommend Mr Ali and JD Solicitors to anyone who needs a solicitor who genuinely fights for their clients. I’m so grateful for all his help and support.

Incompetent firm and shouldn't be trusted with legal matters
I had to appear in court and their solicitor couldn't care less about the case or the outcome of it. He came and said that he won't be representing me and that I don't have a solicitor, he just came to do cross examination only. Spoke for a little time during the court hearing and then said his job was done and left. He didn't instruct me what should I expect during the court hearing or what do say, how everything will happen in the courtroom. Ask them to ring you back and they don't ring you back. You have to keep chasing them. Rang to ask about appeal and the lady didn't know what is the timeframe for the appeal and put the phone down on me. And they are getting paid for this. Stay away from this firm and think twice if you should trust them your legal matters. Maybe they have competent and professional solicitors working for them, but I haven't met any. They don't care whether you win or lose the case.
