I had my probate done at Rees, and they did a very good job, Mitchell and Tracy really looked after me and got it sorted out. Me and the exwife and the kids all got our share of everything my father left us. So I came to Ress Page Solicitors again to get my will done. I couldn't have pick a worse place to go, I got this Sharan Sohal, who didn't know what she was doing. I was called in to sigh some papers at one time by Sharan, and as normal I went in, as I did when Trace was there, but this time Sharan Sohal, just looked at me like I was a pile of rubbish, then just talked to me like, I had done something wrong. Her friend came running in with a card machine, 10 minutes later, wanting payment for a job she hasn't done. When I ask Sharan a question, her reply was always " I don't know, I don't know". She blatantly was rude, The whole time I was there, I was treated like rubbish. I left feeling so embarrassed and humiliated, that I did ring her up afew days after seeing her, and told her how I was treated. I was so shocked how anybody could work in a solicitors office and treat people like that. I don't know where you got Sharan Sohal from, or how many people she has treated like this, but I would never come back again to Ress Solicitors . Especially if I was saying Sharan Soha. I was going to get my will done by somebody else, but since Tracy and Mitchell did a fantastic job, that's the only reason I stayed with Rees Page Solicitors.

We have reviewed your comments with Sharan, whose recollection of events differs from yours. She takes great pride in the service she provides to clients, and it is regrettable that you did not feel this was reflected in your dealings with her. The work Sharan was instructed to undertake had been completed before your appointment, which was arranged for the signing of the documents. Requesting payment at that stage is our normal procedure. The questions you refer to related to a separate matter being handled by another firm of solicitors. As Sharan was not instructed in that matter, and in accordance with our professional obligations, she was unable to provide advice on it. Having reviewed the file, we are satisfied that the work was completed properly and within an appropriate timescale. While we may differ in our views of what occurred, we are sorry that you were left dissatisfied and thank you for your feedback.

I was very satisfied with the service I received and I would recommend them to anyone

We. as a family, used Rees Page Solicitors initially for a grant of probate. Our elderly father had used them for many years prior to this for his will. We found them to be professional but friendly and kept us in the loop through the process. In all, we continued to use them for two further legal processes and would recommend them for their attention to detail and diligence.

Excellent, declaration of trust done with no issues

I would highly recommend Rees Page. They helped me through a difficult time dealing with my late mom’s estate, from probate to selling the property they were excellent. Adam always had time for me, he was diligent and professional but most importantly friendly and approachable, no hard sell tactics at all. COVID-19 restrictions were adhered to at all times even though I’m sure these made life a lot harder for them I never felt that their service was compromised in any way. Everyone I dealt with from reception to legal were fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.
