My partner and I re-did our wills with Emma Fawssett. Emma explained everything clearly, outlined fees, communicated promptly and advised timeframe to complete. Friendly and professional, we highly recommend Emma and her team at Flackwoods.
V professional service. Costs and timelines were clearly explained up front. We were kept notified of progress in settling our sisters estate, and also beneficiaries were paid promptly. Ian has helped my husband and me over many years with LPAs, Wills and Trust Fund issues. My husband passed some time ago and when I decided to sell the house recently, it was necessary for Ian to liaise with my conveyancing solicitor since half of my house was left in Trust by my husband to our children. I can’t thank him enough for his calm and reassuring way he steered me through the sale of the house and keeping me up to date with the necessary Trust documents etc. I really can’t recommend his services highly enough - he is a ‘people’ person and is extremely easy to talk to. I really can’t thank him enough.
