I was urgently looking for a local legal firm to advise and represent my son to mitigate his sentencing as a result of an unfortunate one-off incident. I reached out to Bishop & Light, and within an hour I received a re-assuring call from Kevin Light. We discussed the situation and straight away, Kevin provided advice and guidance on the next steps. Working closely with his nominated barrister, Kevin was able to help us navigate through the various legal challenges, and the eventual sentencing outcome was simply brilliant. My teenage daughter unfortunately got involved in a fight, which could have resulted in a charge being made. Linda Kerry (Based in the Eastbound office) attended the police station for the original voluntary interview. Linda was fantastic on the day, a real calming influence, and clearly very knowledgeable about the process and what my daughter needed to do and how best to do it. All of this resulted in no charges for my daughter. I cannot recommend Bishop & Light enough, and of course more importantly, Linda herself. Thank you Linda.

He lied that my former solicitor, Antony Stannard, was a partner at Bishop & Light solicitors. When I was unhappy with my representation with Antony Stannard, I was recommended by a Hove court clerk to change to Kevin Light. Little did I know and much did Kevin deny that Antony is one of his partners in Kevin's firm. I have been once again farcical to change legal representation.

From start to finish my experience with bishop and light solicitors was nothing short of outstanding. From the initial phone call with the officers workers to the help received from barrister, everyone was extremely professional and made it clear what the next steps may be. I wouldn’t recommend any other company for all areas of legal work. Fast email/phone call replies was a constant plus side of my experience and I would definitely use again if ever needed.
