Scott McLaughlin, did a great job with my case and I am very pleased with the outcome. Very informative and discussed all avenues with me during the course of the case. I paid for Scott .M. to represent me at magaristes court. Offences were looking at a ban,but in court the judges listened to mitigating circumstances Scott provided and did an exceptionally brilliant job. Worth everyy penny worked hard for me . Not a great experience from Murrays, Dealing with 3 family members for a kidnapping and class A charge with hardly any evidence, Ian knew very well he isn't allowed to represent the 3 who are on the same charge but dragged it out as much as possible to the point where no representations where made for 2 of them
unable to reassure and lack of communication with the family members who was very stressed, Wouldn't answer the phone or return the call
Became very rude when he was asked how to get their belongings back from the police station and get the car back from the impound
Told the clients to go guilty despite the lack of evidence
End result was heavy sentences and a POCA order without trial
When trying to pay the POCA called Ian on office phone and told him we have difficulties paying because I need more information as division code is incorrect his response was "how would I know I've never had to pay a POCA and its not my problem"
Never to use Murrays ever again
