Maria handled the sale of my late father’s home, and throughout the entire process she was professional, compassionate, and incredibly supportive. All queries were answered promptly, with confidence and reassurance, and emails and telephone calls were always returned quickly. During what was a very difficult and emotional time for our family, Maria made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We normally go to a larger solicitors for all our services but due to the other buyer being the executor we needed to find another solicitor. I did what I usually do and asked on Facebook for advice and Thornton Jones came up as a good local solicitor for house moves, so we connected with them. We had quite a complicated house move (well if felt complicated to me, but it might have been normal to them) with probate taking much longer than expected and lots of miscommunications with the executor also being the solicitor from the other firm. But Anna and Olivia dealt with them all in a calm, reassuring way. I would not hesitate to recommend them for house moves, their knowledge and expertise was incredible and reassuring. Making sure that every little detail was checked off before willing to proceed. I really hope not to move again, but I would certainly use again if I am crazy enough to attempt it! Thank you ladies for making such a stressful event as smooth as possible.

I used Thornton Jones Solicitors in Wakefield to help put my Mum`s affairs in order, Sarah and her colleague called out to see my Mum personally on two occasions to make sure everything was explained clearly, they were very patient as Mum is hard of hearing, they talked her through the documents to make sure her wishes were met. Mum was very satisfied with the work that was carried out and how Sarah and her colleague took the time to call to her home giving her that personal service. The final documents were created then signed and delivered out swiftly. I would definitely recommend Thornton Jones for legal advice as they were recommended to me by a friend. Regards Mr Brown

Highly recommend Thornton Jones solicitors conveyancing team. Alison and Rachele were incredible throughout the property purchasing process. For first time buyers they made the process really smooth, excellent service. Only negative comment would be that the app didn't provide updates, but like I said Alison and Rachele were always happy to take a call and quick to respond on email.

First‑class service from exceptionally professional and helpful staff. Jess and Natalie supported us throughout our leasehold purchase. The process became quite drawn out due to communication issues with our builder. Despite this, Jess and Natalie’s dedication and meticulous attention to detail were evident throughout and are a real credit to both themselves and the company.
