Wow!!! Just incredible! I can do nothing but heap praise on Pauline Wilbond and Ellie at Thornton Jones Solicitors! Not only did they do a fantastic job of helping me buy my property, but they did it in record time too as there was a 28 day completion clause because I bought a house at auction! Also, this job was taken on on the week running up to Christmas!!! And I had to secure some additional finance, and to complete by the 15th January seemed very ambitious. Were I to forfeit this deadline the penalties were going to be costly. Despite all these time sensitive factors, Pauline said YES and that it was doable. Not only did Pauline complete this task on time, but she did it with meticulous attention to detail and remained calm throughout, whilst I, her client flapped a little. Did I mention that I also live in Wales and couldn't find anyone willing to take on this conveyancing job so close to Christmas? I was forced to cast my search a bit wider to Yorkshire which is where I am originally from. I can't thank Pauline and Ellie enough for working so hard for me on such a tight turnaround, and making sure the sale went through on time with no issues. They were determined and committed to getting the job done and not letting me down. Really Happy! Service above and beyond!!
