Honestly can’t thank Mark enough for everything he’s done for me over the last 4 and a half years. From start to finish he’s been amazing. He always kept me updated with everything going on, explained things properly and was always there if I had questions or needed reassurance. He’s friendly, approachable and really knows his stuff, which made it so much easier to trust him every step of the way. Can't speak for the other departments of this business but for the medical negligence team absolutely appalling,no communication what's so ever and after 3 weeks sending an email,still no response,so today I call the office to be told I will get a call back, because the person who is supposed to be dealing with the claim is away from her desk,I called again some hrs later and the associate has left for the day! Not sure if that's an error also on the receptionist part or not,but one has to realise that also, if the associate cannot get the clients the name correct in the first meeting then what are the chances of the claims success rate! Ridiculous the lady supposed to be dealing with this was Amy Fiddler
