Jay was friendly and businesslike. He talked me though all the options and was very quick in sending a draft. I made some amendments and the updated will was returned almost immediately. When offered dates to sign the finished will I asked if I could have an earlier date as I’m having a heart operation in a couple of weeks and wanted the will in place beforehand. Again Jay immediately offered earlier appointment Very impressed by the service

Karen Cox was allocated my house sale when the conveyancer in salisbury left. She has been utterly fantastic. Incredibly responsive, chased proactively- the only solicitor I've used to provide similar excellent service was another richard griffiths member! Would use again without hesitation.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with Richard Griffiths & Co. Bob Scott was very knowledgeable and highly professional in the way he conducted the case all the way through leaving no stone unturned. I would highly reccomend Bob and Richard Griffiths & Co - very reasonably priced and fast and efficient with communication, and if your looking for clear and well presented representation then Bob's your man !

So impressed with the Conveyancing team of Liam, Zoe and Chelsea @ Richard Griffiths & Co in Salisbury. They did a great job selling our tricky leasehold flat and buying our new house in an extremely busy period (SDLT change deadline on 31st March 2025). The thing we really valued is that they had not taken on so much work they couldn't cope like so many other conveyancing firms do. The service was personal and always very professional and thorough. Most importantly they responded to emails and phone calls quickly which was such a huge improvement on our experience with other compainies. There was a small oversight which stalled the sale process early on but the team admitted to it immediatley and then did all they could to recover from it to keep things on target once they realised what had happened. What more can you ask for?!

Excellent service from a consummate professional solicitors practice. Adrian Randall & Sue Hudson are always willing to help with anything, no matter how trivial it may seem.
