My mother had done her will with Richard Griffiths, so naturally I turned to them, after she passed away, I was put in touch with Mr Jay Marsh-Gasson, and from the very start found him extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the probate process. My son and I had an initial meeting with Jay and he explained the whole process, I have never dealt with a death before and he explained everything in great detail, over the next 6 months he dealt with all my late mums affairs, he kept in touch all the way through the long process, I'm very grateful to jay for the work he carried out on my behalf, and now its completed ,I wanted Jay to know how grateful I am for all his help, Kindness and sympathy, at the most difficult time of my life.

I would like to just highlight how outstanding Jay Gasson has been over dealing with a complex probate case which dragged its feet but with Jay's help, was second to none and his replies to emails were excellent. Would very much recommend this firm of solicitors
Was useful ..for Will and Power of Attorney..some years ago for a now deceased neighbour..but now with new staff..so cannot really comment !
I would highly recommend RG&Co Solicitors. My sister and I were under a lot of stress during the passing of our Dad. Jay Gasson went above and beyond to help us with legal matters, he was approachable, friendly, professional and patient with explaining what we needed to know. Will writing for my parents Shadi recently made wills for my parents and she went over and above for them. I cannot recommend her enough, she was an absolute natural and filled my parents with complete comfort and confidence. They both struggled to understand and Shadi answered all the difficult question with complete ease, confidence and a simplified way that they could both understand. Despite a few hiccups more on our part than anyone’s, Sharon Hawkes made my executor role much easier than I expected it would be, explaining the process clearly all the way through and being understanding where we had never been in this position before. The selling and buying of property carried out by Ian Rhodes was outstanding, extremely quick and efficient. All helped by their amazing team. Totally recommend Richard Griffiths’s & Co to everyone. Karen Cox was allocated my house sale when the conveyancer in salisbury left. She has been utterly fantastic. Incredibly responsive, chased proactively- the only solicitor I've used to provide similar excellent service was another richard griffiths member! Would use again without hesitation.

So impressed with the Conveyancing team of Liam, Zoe and Chelsea @ Richard Griffiths & Co in Salisbury. They did a great job selling our tricky leasehold flat and buying our new house in an extremely busy period (SDLT change deadline on 31st March 2025). The thing we really valued is that they had not taken on so much work they couldn't cope like so many other conveyancing firms do. The service was personal and always very professional and thorough. Most importantly they responded to emails and phone calls quickly which was such a huge improvement on our experience with other compainies. There was a small oversight which stalled the sale process early on but the team admitted to it immediatley and then did all they could to recover from it to keep things on target once they realised what had happened. What more can you ask for?!
