I needed a remortgage to raise funds during a difficult divorce.I contacted Bank solicitors and Hayley returned my call.I had alot of questions and at the time was under alot of pressure.Hayley was positive,polite and answered my pressing questions leaving me at ease.I felt reassured and agreed to the terms.Hayley kept me updated and there were a few times when I called her out of pure frustration with my divorce. Hayley got me back on track and made things alot clearer.I had time constraints which Hayley met and understood my situation.I was very impressed with the quality of paperwork returned to me in a clear and concise manner and easy to follow.Even on the day that my wife vacated there were issues which Hayley handled with sensitivity and got it across the line.

I was in a situation where I was wrongfully accused of things and when I got contacted by Stephen outhwaite he was so clear on what I needed to do to get the help I needed and he was very professional which is what you need in a solicitor. Stephen was a big help and I would recommend to use Stephen if you need a solicitor. Could not of asked for a better person to receive advise from. Credit to where it is deserved.

I have had very good experience with Bank Solicitors in the one meeting I have had so far. The frontline staff are pleasant and welcoming. The senior Partner Stephen is very warm and approachable. He is very patient with your Queries and very generous with his time. I have dealt with other Solicitors before and sometimes have been left disillusioned But Banks and Stephen have restored my faith in the legal profession!

Excellent, gave me exactly the advice I needed. Polite and professional.

I filled in a form and called the bank solicitor last Wednesday about making an appointment. Hayley was the lady talking with me over the phone. She is really nice, patient and listened to my concerns. She shows sympathy. I really had good impression on the company. Then an appointment was made on Friday at 10.30am at my convenience. It was supposed to be half an hour free consultation. The professional solicitor Stephen talked with me about my concerns. He answered all my questions and made it clear what I need to do next and did not charge me even we talked more than half an hour. I was really touched and grateful. He is really knowledgeable, experienced and honest. In my case, he told me which part I need him to work on and which part I can do it by myself. I feel like he is like my father, caring about my case although we met the first time. He looks serious but he has a good heart. He suggested some ideas from father's talking and some ideas from a solicitor's talking. He shows emphathy. I don't think I will meet such a nice solicitor in my life again.
