The selling process , at the moment , seems a very long time from start to finish , however, we finely got there . Thank you for all your help with the sale .
Ben was exceptional in his support to explain and communicate in a very stressful period. I felt very well understood and he went out of his way to make sure I was kept in the loop which isn’t always the case in my experience of buying and selling housing . I have to also comment on how fantastically cheerful and helpful his legal support team are , nothing I felt would be too much to ask.

I simply cannot recommend this company highly enough, in particular Ben Whiting. My request for a commercial lease was dealt with in record time and at very reasonable cost. Responses were received from Ben in an instant and all issues dealt with extremely efficiently and competently without the tedious wait usually associated with solicitors. Ben works to very high standards, his advice was sound and reliable and his service was outstanding. A mention must also be made of Ben's colleague Sion Jones who was equally as quick and efficient at the outset of the case, before leaving for holiday when Ben took over. All in all, I consider this firm and in particular Ben, to be first class and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others - so much so that they are now also dealing for cases for relatives whom I passed on to them.
