We were totally dreading all the legal stuff. But honestly, from the moment we first chatted with Chloe and Asia at Wollens Solicitors in Barnstaple, they were just amazing and total lifesavers! They made the whole process of getting our first place super smooth and quick. What could've been a total nightmare turned into something surprisingly easy. And get this: we had a million questions, big or small, and they never once made us feel silly. They were always happy to answer everything, breaking it down clearly. Their fantastic communication and how on top of everything they were made a massive difference. Seriously, if you're looking for legal help, especially if you're a first-time buyer, you absolutely HAVE to go with Chloe and Asia at Wollens Solicitors Barnstaple. Overall I am happy with the service I experienced using Wollens. Chloe did a great job in responding to my communications in a timely manner and was always very polite and helpful in explaining the process and expectations on my part. As a first-time buyer, I appreciated the clear and concise communication at all stages. Some documents contained mistakes such as references to the wrong property or name, but it was nothing that couldn't be fixed easily :) The only thing I can think of that would improve my experience is to have more proactive status updates from Wollens to me as the client, even if nothing has changed, just a semi-regular communication to say "It's all moving along in the right direction, waiting on ... " can go a long way to putting our minds at ease, especially for first-time buyers Overall I am happy!
