Professional services in respect of granting of an option
Emma supported us with selling an option to a developer. This is something that I had no experience of before and was a daunting task. Emma provided quick and accurate support and I always felt very supported – fantastic service!

Sale of share in business/property.
Trusted Woolens with the sale of my share of a business that I had started from scratch some 20 years ago so as you can imagine this was quite a sensitive journey for me. Have never done anything like this before so didn’t know quite what to expect, expectations and reality are quite different, but Woolens have your best interests at heart so you can’t rush a good job. The sale has now all gone through and I can move on with the next part of my life. I thank Woolens and both Emma’s very much for all their hard work.

Amazing Performance

Barn Purchase
I found Emma and her team very helpful, professional and communicative at all times through the process. The Barn purchase was quite complex and required negotiating with additional restrictions and covenants that were dealt with efficiently and clearly.
