Excellent Service
I just wanted to express my gratitude for today in going above and beyond what I had expected but what I had hoped for.
I instructed Courtney Searle to proceed with urgency to proceed with the drafting of a new will for my hard-of-hearing 97 yo MIL at approx 5:45pm Thursday 26th March 2023 when the office was shut and I followed that up with emailed confirmation later that evening. By 1:00pm the following day Courtney had met my MIL and taken her revised instructions, met me for a catch-up / progress update, drafted the new Will and taken the final version for signing up to Ward F6. I know I said it was urgent but - WOW, thank you.
