The conveyancing team at Berry & Lamberts T. Wells have worked on a number of property transfers, sales and purchases for me over the past few years and I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy / sell. The service provided was excellent. The proactive approach taken in connection with the purchase of a buy-to-let property meant that the transaction went through as fast as could be expected. It was generally possible to get through directly to the person dealing with the matter or their assistant. Everything was explained very clearly. The service provided was such that I have already recommended B&L to someone else who is now using B&L.
