Smooth process
Claire and Ebenezer were efficient and professional throughout the buying process. I was able to speak to them whenever I needed to and they always gave me updates and what was next to keep things moving. Our offer for the property was agreed at the end of December and we have the keys in February-they were quick to respond to my calls/emails and the other side, dealing with enquiries at record speed. I was always kept in the loop and never left waiting.
Highly recommend. This is the second time we’ve used them when buying a property and both times they have been consistent.

Pleasure to deal with.
Have recently had the pleasure on having ebenezer and his team (Claire + Rhys) work on our behalf and from start to finish they were all amazing and always so easy to contact and talk to in general always explaining everything throughly. First time with Wolferstans, I was fortunate to have engaged the services Ebenezer of Wolferstans, Plymouth. From the initial consultation to the closing of the deal, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
What truly sets Ebenezer and Claire Booth apart from other firms is their proactive approach to problem-solving. They anticipated potential hurdles and diligently worked to resolve them. Their attention to detail was remarkable, leaving no stone unturned in ensuring all legal requirements were met with and that I was happy. Even though the other parties solicitors where slow and making mistakes, Ebenezer replied to each query promptly, updated me on the day of each response whilst ensuring we shorten the time in the process as much as possible to avoid delays.
I cannot recommend Ebenezer highly enough.

Sale of late fathers Flat
I would like to pass on my profound gratitude to the team at Wolferstans Plymstock, Plymouth. It was a protracted sale made difficult from leaseholder and lease owner inactivity and lack of communication. But the team (Ebenezer Ola, Helen Strydom, Rhys Bresland, Leonie Rowe and Claire Booth) at Wolferstans worked hard to progress the sale and I was extremely grateful for their efforts.

My experience of Wolferstand has been great
I have felt like I could leave in their hands to deal with and needed not to worry about anything. They have kept me informed all the way through. My case went from what should have been a simple matter, to quite long and drawn out. Lydia Wilkinson was extremely helpful throughout the process and in guiding me through a few difficult scenarios. Always offering clear information on how to proceed. I am very grateful to her for the way she dealt with things, and would reccommend her wholeheartedly to anyone.
When finally matters were drawing to a close I was also helped by the property team working under Helen Strydom who were all very good. That team communicates well, with regular updates where needed. The information around who is in and when, is clear and easy to keep track of. Meaning should I have needed to clarify anything I always knew where to go.
Overall really happy with Wolferstans and will not hesitate to go with them in the future.

What a Super Team!
While selling one house and buying another, Eb Ola and Claire Booth could have not done more to help us. We hold them in very high regard!
This is in stark contrast to the company who sold us the bungalow we now have (Estate Agent and Solicitor who charged us extortionately)

Great, professional experience
