Natalie, Lauren and Teresa did an incredible job with our purchase - from file open to completion in less than six weeks! As first time buyers, we were very lucky to be in a scenario where there was no chain, but the team still did everything in their power to ensure the process was speedy so we were able to complete before the stamp duty changes came into place. Being able to complete all the initial forms digitally and make the initial payment online was really handy and also sped up the file opening process. Natalie replied to every question promptly and clearly, and she did a great job of chasing the sellers solicitor to keep things moving. The accounts team were also super helpful and let us send £1 of our deposit and confirmed receipt before we sent the rest, so we had peace of mind when sending funds - very reassuring as first time buyers.
