Mark started working in Medical Negligence in 2013 at a local firm, after obtaining his law degree. In 2015 Mark completed his CILEx Fast-Track Diploma and initially qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2018, before cross-qualifying as a solicitor in 2021. Mark has experience working on a wide-range of cases, including claims against GPs, NHS Hospitals, Mental Health Trusts and private surgeons. He has recently obtained settlements for clients in claims involving loss of vision, misdiagnosis of cancer, substandard orthopaedic surgery, and under the Human Rights Act for the loss of a child to suicide. Mark is an APIL accredited Personal Injury Litigator and also a former committee member of the Ipswich and Suffolk Medicolegal Society. Mark works across multiple offices.
