Boys and Maughan had been the family solicitors in Birchington for a number of years and had successfully assisted parents on various matters over the years. I had the pleasure of dealing with them and in particular Christine Anderson when finalising the legalities of their estate. Was recommended to use Christine @ Boys & Maughan by my mortgage advisor Robin, part of Davies Financial Planning. I am very happy to say I was pleased with the overall service provided, with any queries being answered very quickly, usually within the hour. Considering we were told that the average time to completion was 16-20 weeks upon first starting our property search, we managed to apply, exchange and complete in just under 9 weeks! Can't thank Christine, Carol and Elaine enough for their speedy and professional service. Highly recommended.
