Amazing service
Amazing service from Coodes. We were kept informed about everything, and the work was completed quickly. Emails were answered promptly, and we received help with everything as first-time buyers, since we had no prior knowledge.

Sale of flat
Very happy with the service from Coodes over the sale of our flat. While the buyer's solicitors were rather slow we were fully supported and kept in the picture especially by Lisa Barnett the paralegal working with Sarah Cowley. Lisa was very approachable and helpful at all times.

Amazing communication and customer service
I have dealt with Lisa Barnett at Coodes Penzance for a number of years now and I could not recommend the service highly enough. My general experience with solicitors in the past has been extremely poor, never treated like a customer, sometimes even with contempt and very disorganised, which seems extraordinary considering the costs. Lisa is completely the opposite, brilliant prompt communication, always helpful and friendly, you really do feel like a customer and really goes the extra mile for you. Sarah as well has always been very helpful.
