Conveyancing Services provided by Coodes Falmouth

I approached Coodes to assist with the sale of a buy-to-let leasehold in London. A competitive fee was offered (I do compare other quotes). At every stage the Falmouth branch was most helpful (Kerry obviously setting the standard for and leading the wider team. All matters were dealt with expeditiously and the workloads on ourselves minimal.

In summary first class service and happy to recommend this team to neighbours and associates (I speak as a Chartered Accountant providing professional services to clients many years ago. Well done Coodes !!!

My wife and I have been thoroughly impressed by Lianne Priest and Karen Edens at Coodes. They have been so conscientious and pro-active throughout an abortive sale and an actual sale, they have been 100% 'on the case' and we feel like their only Client. Emails are answered promptly and they use their initiative. We have not needed to 'chase' them at all, for anything!
