    Excellent Service

    I was very satisfied with the service I received from Julie Hatton. Her advice and explanations were clear and her response times good. I felt that she was in control of the situation and on my side. The supporting staff were also most helpful. It was just rather disappointing that the eventual outcome of my case was not as good as we had hoped in the beginning. But that was not down to Julie, she did her utmost for me.

    They made a difficult situation easier to deal with.

    Dealing with the loss of a partner due to medical neglect seemed like a mammoth task on the legal side ,while already drowning in emotions and heart break . Though the whole process has taken a few years, Julie Hatton and her team from coodes dealt with it with compassion and understanding , they were extremely thorough and gave 100% all of the time through our case and kept me updated regularly.
