An overall excellent & prompt service provided at a reasonable cost.

Lisa Barnett provided us with an excellent service in selling my mother's property. Lisa was easy to discuss any queries with & provided assurance where needed. Lisa was readily available to talk with or returned our calls promptly when required. The whole procedure for us went extremely smoothly & we feel this was down to Lisa's efficiency. The sale of the property went through fairly quickly, for which we are extremely grateful. The conveyancing team (Michelle and Jackie) provided excellent customer services throughout my house purchase process. Many enquiries were raised owing to my property being ex local authority which generated more work than anticipated but I felt Michelle did an excellent and very thorough job pursuing all avenues necessary and I was very satisfied with the outcome.

I feel that MH has been very professional with our particular situation and needs surrounding our house sale and unregistered land. She explained the processes and what we needed to do, which led to the sale progressing smoothly. I initially went into the Truro office where I was taken into a private room, they made notes of my case and put me in touch with the appropriate solicitor. This first point of customer service was very different and more professional than any introduction I had with other law firms. I went for a consultation with Ben in Penzance, he was honest and gave clear guidance and options moving forward. It was refreshing not to feel forced into taking the legal route as a primary action for the benefit of the case. I left feeling confident that if I exhaust the other options that I have strong legal representation to turn to. Highly recommended. Thank you.
