Teresa and her team were my conveyancers to sell my house and buy my new house, it was a very long process as it was partly through COVID and I took out a lifetime morgage. dispite some quiet spells of not knowing what was happening and not getting some communication that was expected at times when I'd heard nothing for a while. I understood it was a difficult time but overall I was very pleased with the service
very lovely to deal with if u needed to speak to them over the phone instead of email as I sometimes did as I was very stressed they were always helpful and reassuring to me. Teresa was a great solicitor and I want to say thanku To her and the rest of the team. I would definitely use again.

Sale of Private Property
Engaged solicitors on 17/4/25 as recommended by Bradleys estate agents who sold my house. Completed on 25/7/25. Very quick service with sending out paperwork throughout. Was kept up to date at all times with the sale of my house by email and post.

Fast, efficient and friendly
Teresa could bot be more helpful. She always returns call and emails come back very quickly. She is very knowledgable and answers most question without the need for you to be invoved. The firm has been a real pleaseue to deal with.

House Purchase Liskeard
Coode's helped us to purchase our first Home and they made it a pain free simple process, Teresa was our solicitor and we would highly recommend her and the team to anyone requiring a Solicitor in the future.
