We were so pleased that we chose Coodes for our house sale and purchase. Kerry Tresidder is clearly a very experienced solicitor and we felt we were in very capable hands throughout. Our house move was not straightforward due to our first buyer falling through and then the vendor of the first property we wanted to buy pulling out. This meant we ended up having a tight timeline to complete on a different property to avoid losing our buyers. Kerry and her team went the extra mile to meet our deadline, but despite working very quickly, they were extremely thorough and picked up a number of things in the searches. Kerry was always quick to respond to emails or calls and if she was ever unavailable, a member of her team was there to pick it up and always knew exactly what was happening with our case. Kerry and her colleagues were very friendly and approachable and never made us feel we were asking silly questions. Communication was clear, prompt and transparent. After a challenging year of trying to move, we were so grateful that Coodes helped to make it all happen.
